                    FISHING REPORT  7/22/26

well, the last week or so our water temperatures have been all over the place, and currently looks to be packed with ice water once again after the last two days of big north winds.  we have fished anywhere from 35 foot out to 280 foot of water, literally taking them on 3 colors to 180’ down on the chute and everywhere in between. The mature fish are definitely starting to show themselves and starting to get some color and getting into their spawning bite pattern with meat and plugs doing most of the damage recently. Our number four Dreamweaver plugs in the patterns of natural glow, Salmon slayer, A bomb and all chrome being pulled on five and seven colors of lead core along with 200-250’ foot of Morgans copper have been very productive. Our deeper divers have been fishing meat with a white slick Spinny paired with a blue gasoline action fly meat rig and a blue bubble spinny paired with blue bubble action fly meat rig. on the overcast days, we have been running a black double pearl flip fin paddle with a green gasoline meat rig, and a Kevin‘s girlfriend flip Finn paddle with a pickled sunshine meat rig . we also had a 8 inch white double crushed glow flip fin paddle paired with a green crinkle fly that was going nonstop, but definitely seemed to slow down the last few trips. we have been running spoons on our out downs just to keep them honest., and that program hasn’t changed much a stacked set of super Slim sodas on one and a stacked set of blueberry muffin warrior spoons on the other , they are consistently taking fish every trip also.
